Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy (for package purchases and claims that incurr a fee)

You can request a refund of the PowerBuy membership package fee provided we receive your request for a refund in writing within 30 days of the date of your purchase. You can send the request via email to refund@powerbuy.com.au or by posting it to PO BOX 5229 West Chatswood NSW 1515. You must include your ABN and package order number.

If you have already received a cash-back rebate then we will refund you the difference (being the package fee minus the cash-back value). When we receive your refund request we will cancel your package as well as all pending claims related to that package.

Cancellation Policy (for claims that do not incurr a fee)

You have 30 days to cancel your claim after the date you make the claim. To cancel please email cancel@powerbuy.com.au and provide your claim ID number. If we have already processed your rebate payment then you cannot cancel your claim.
